    We crate the tool for export, ship it and hook it up at your loading dock.

Questions and answers

Is a quote binding?

A quote is a written offer with a validity date. It becomes an order only when you accept it in writing, and the terms of sale apply from then.

Can you quote for a tool that is not listed on the site?

Yes. Name the manufacturer, model or tool type you need, and we will tell you whether we can source it and in what condition.

Does the quote include installation and shipping?

Only if you ask for it. We quote the tool, refurbishment, crating, transport and installation as separate lines so you can compare them and drop what your own team will handle.

What happens after you send the form

We check the request against tools we have, tools we know are available and the work needed to bring one to your specification. If something is unclear, an engineer emails you with questions before we price anything. Unclear facilities are the most common reason for a second round, so notes on power, exhaust, process gases and cleanroom class help.

The written quote states:

  • the tool and its configuration
  • the condition grade it will ship in (Certified, Refurbished, Inspected or As-is) and what the report, or for As-is tools the photo set, will contain
  • the refurbishment or upgrade scope, if any
  • crating, transport and installation, each as a separate line
  • the expected lead time and how long the offer is valid

Prices exclude VAT and shipping unless the quote says otherwise. The terms of sale explain payment, delivery and warranty.
