Contact SemiXperts about equipment or service
Questions about a used tool, a service job or a move between sites go to the engineers who would do the work.
What happens after you send a message
An engineer reads every message, not a ticket queue. We reply by email within our working hours, and if the answer needs a call or a look at the tool, we suggest a time.
To get a useful first answer, tell us:
- the tool: manufacturer, model and, if you know it, the configuration or year
- what you need: a purchase, a repair, an upgrade, a move or spare parts
- your wafer size and the process the tool runs or will run
- where the tool is, or will be, installed
If a tool is down, describe the symptoms and any alarm messages, and say whether it is still under vacuum. Photos and log files can follow by email once we reply.
Other ways in
If you already know which tool you want, the quote request form asks for the details we need to price it, which saves a round of questions. If you have a tool you no longer use, the sell equipment form is the faster route.
For general questions about how we work, condition grades and warranty, the FAQ may already have the answer. We use the details you send only to answer your enquiry, as described in our privacy notice.
